BONUS TERMS

Gambling Operator / Operator means a legal entity Redline Solutions Limited registration number: 15884, registered address: Hamchako, Mutsamudu, the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, which is doing business in organizing and conducting casino gambling on the Internet on the basis of a license issued by the Gaming Board of Anjouan and operates under License No. ALSI-202502005-FI1. claps.com has passed all regulatory compliance and is legally authorized to conduct gaming operations for any and all games of chance and wagering.

Bonus Terms mean these terms which are an integral part of the Operator’s Terms of Use. All definitions not given in these Bonus Terms have the corresponding meanings in the Operator’s Terms and Conditions.

Website means the website or any respective page, subpage, subdomain or section thereof from time to time, located at or accessible via the domain name: claps.com.

Mobile Application means software designed to run on smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices that can be downloaded from online mobile application stores (free of charge or for a fee) and through which the Gambling Operator conducts activities on the Internet.

Player, You, and/or Promotion Participant means an individual who at the time of participation in gambling has reached the age of 18 or the Relevant Age, is legally capable, does not have restrictions on participation in gambling, is not in the Register of persons who have restricted access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and voluntarily participates in gambling.

Promotion means an advertising and marketing event aimed at attracting the attention of potential and existing Players to the activities of the Gambling Operator and/or Promotion Customers.

Bonus, Bonus Offer, and/or Promotion means a marketing reward or loyalty reward credited to the Player's Account. The Bonus can mean such rewards as: bonus electronic monetary substitute, free spins, free bets and other bonuses. The type and amount of the bonus may vary. Terms and conditions applicable to the Bonus, published on the Operator’s website in the "Bonuses" section in the Player's Account, and/or in the terms and conditions on the Bonus description page, and/or in the "Promotions" Section.

1. General Rules

1.3 The composition and terms of accrual of Bonuses offered to Players are determined solely at the discretion of the Operator.

1.7 The Bonus Offer and/or Promotion is not inherently a gambling game, lottery, gambling service or contest, and does not constitute a public promise of a remuneration or the terms of a contest.

1.8 The Bonus is valid only for the time specified in the official Promotion rules and/or in the Bonus information on the Bonus page.

1.9 The Player has the right to make their own decisions about using the Bonus.

1.10 Only one Bonus offer can be available for wagering at a time. In other words, after activating a certain Bonus the Player can fulfill the conditions of only one active Bonus.

1.11 If during the wagering of an active Bonus the Player makes a request for withdrawal from the Payout Balance, the wagering bonus (as well as all other accrued and available bonuses with a wagering requirement) will be canceled.

1.12 In that case, if the Player has already activated the Bonus offer(s), when submitting a withdrawal request from the Main balance, all activated bonuses with the status "START" and/or "ACCEPTED" will be canceled.

1.13 In case of disagreements regarding the interpretation of the Bonus Terms or Bonus Offer between the Player and the Operator, the final decision remains with the Operator and is not subject to appeal.

1.14 All bonuses, including winnings from free spins, may be credited to the Player's Account in the form of:

• electronic money substitutes that can be immediately available for withdrawal or for further play;
• bonus money from the Operator that require further wagering.

1.15 To receive the Bonus after fulfilling the conditions of the Bonus Offer, You must click the "Accept" button in the Player’s Account in the "Bonuses" Section. 2. Requirements for the Participants of the Promotion and/or Bonus Offer

2.5 The Operator has the right to verify the registration data and transactions of Participants who have received one right to participate in the Promotion and/or Bonus Offer. If during the audit it is found that the Participant/Participants uses prohibited strategies or fraud, including multi-accounting, the Operator has the right to refuse such Participant/Participants to participate in the Promotion and/or Bonus Offer.

2.6 The Participant of the Promotion and/or Bonus Offer is entitled to:

• take part in the Promotion in accordance with Terms of Use of Services published by the Operator;
• receive information about the terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or Bonus Offer;
• refuse to participate in the Promotion and/or Bonus Offer.

2.7 The Participant must:

• comply with all terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or Bonus Offer of the Operator;
• provide complete, correct and reliable information;
• knowingly do not cause inconvenience or interfere with other Participants/Players;
• fail to perform actions that call into question the validity of the Participant's participation in the Promotion and/or in the bonus offer.

2.8 The Operator is not responsible:

• for postponing deadlines and errors during the Promotion and/or Bonus Offer;
• for non-performance (late performance) by the Participants of their obligations stipulated by the Promotion and/or Terms of Use of Services;
• for errors in operation and other technical problems of telecom operators (telephone and the Internet) that directly serve Participants and the Operator’s Administration;
• for receiving incomplete and/or incorrect contact and/or other information required for the Promotion and/or Bonus Offer from the Participants;
• for non-receipt of letters, calls or electronic messages from the Participants as a result of technical problems and/or fraud on the Internet, and/or communication channels used during the Promotion and/or Bonus Offer;
• for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations to the Participants of the Promotion due to failures in telecommunications and energy networks, malicious programs, as well as unfair actions of any third parties.

2.9 By participating in the Promotion and/or Bonus Offer, Participants confirm their consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Operator. The processing is carried out to fulfill the Operator's obligations related to the Promotion, including but not limited to tax and accounting compliance, statistical reporting, and marketing activities, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

By participating in the Promotion and/or Bonus Offer, the Participant acknowledges that their personal data may be included in the Operator’s loyalty program database and may be shared with third parties when necessary for the proper execution of the Promotion, related services, or for the Operator to comply with its legal obligations.

3. Promotion Fund

3.1 The Promotion and/or Bonus Offer fund is formed at the discretion of the Operator. Qualitative, quantitative and other, including technical characteristics of Bonuses are determined by the Operator.

3.2 The Operator reserves the right to increase or decrease the total amount of the Promotion fund and/or Bonus program, without additional notice and/or agreement with the Players.

3.3 The Operator is not responsible for the future use of the Bonus by the Player and for the inability to use it for any reason.

3.4 The Promotion and/or Bonus Offer incentive fund is not formed from the Participants' contributions. The Operator does not receive any remuneration from Participants for their participation in the Promotion and/or Bonus Offer.

4. Types of the Bonuses

4.1 Types of the Bonuses that You can get by participating in the Promotion:

5. Use of the Bonuses

5.4 Available statuses for the Bonuses:

5.4.2. Start. After clicking the corresponding button, the bonus is activated and credited to Bonus balance of the Player's Account, but its wagering has not yet been completed and/or is in the process in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonus Offer;

5.4.3. Wagering. The Bonus is active and the Player meets the terms and conditions of the Bonus Offer;

5.4.4. Accept. The Bonus is available for use in the games of the “Casino” Section, specified in the Terms and Conditions of a particular Bonus Offer, and/or immediately for accrual to the Player's Account, if this is determined by the terms and conditions of a particular Bonus Offer;

5.4.5. Completed. The terms and conditions of the Bonus Offer have been met, the Bonus funds have been wagered and can be credited to the Withdrawal Balance.

5.4.6. Crediting. The Bonus is automatically transferred to the Player's Payout Balance. At this stage, the Player has the right to withdraw the wagered bonus money and/or any winnings.

5.4.7. Expired. The bonus offer has expired.

5.4.8. Canceled. The corresponding status can be specified for a Bonus that is canceled if the Player: did not comply with the terms and conditions of the Bonus; violated the terms and conditions of the Bonus Offer; violated the Terms of Use of the Operator.

5.5 Bonus wagering is only available in the electronic monetary substitute game mode (sections and/or games that do not take wagering into account are specified in the Bonus Offer description). Bets in games in demo mode are not counted.

5.6 The Player can monitor and check the status of Bonus usage at any time in the “Bonuses” Section of their personal profile.

5.7 All winnings from the already wagered Bonus are credited to the Payout Balance of the Player's Account.

5.8 To withdraw winnings from Wheel of Fortune bonuses you must first wager your deposit amount at least 2 times. This requirement prevents immediate withdrawal requests without gameplay.

5.9 If the Player has several Bonuses available for activation with the condition of making the required deposit amount, then by default, they have the right to activate only one of the available bonuses by making one deposit.

5.11 After the Player has fulfilled all the terms and conditions of the Bonus Offer, the prize won, in the maximum amount specified by the Bonus terms and conditions, is automatically credited to the Payout Balance of the Player's Account. In case of exceeding the maximum Bonus amount specified in the terms and conditions of the Bonus Offer, only the specified maximum Bonus amount shall be credited to the Payout Balance, and the remaining Bonus funds shall be canceled.

5.12 If the terms and conditions of one type of the Bonus Offer do not provide for wagering the received Bonus (for example: when activating the Bonus Offer using a promo code, etc.), after reading these terms and conditions, the Player can click the "ACCEPT" button and the prize won, as determined by the terms and conditions of the Bonus Offers, will be credited to the Payout Balance of the Player's Account.

6. Restrictions on Receiving Bonuses

6.1 If the Player has set a personal limit on gaming activity by activating the "SELF-EXCLUSION" function on the Operator's Website, such Player loses the right to receive any Bonuses that involve wagering (in particular, but not exclusively, in the form of: free spins, bonuses by promotional code, winnings in promotions, etc.).

6.4 In order to prevent fraud, ensure security, and comply with applicable regulatory requirements, the Operator reserves the right to request identification documents from the Player before processing or transferring any Bonus. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and/or winnings associated with it.
